Our Return Policy


We gladly accept returns on eligible products within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Please ensure your items meet the following conditions to qualify for a return:

Must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

Gift cards, promotional items, and products marked as final sale cannot be returned.


How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at hello@rachelvogeleisen.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with further instructions.

Receive Return Authorisation: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number along with detailed instructions on how to ship your item(s) back to us.

Package Your Return: Safely pack your return in the original packaging, ensuring that the item is well-protected during transit. Include your RA number inside the package to help us process your return more efficiently.

Ship Your Return: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without proof of delivery.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Important Notes:
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your order was purchased using a promotional discount, the refund will reflect the amount paid after the discount, not the original price.
Any items returned that do not meet our eligibility criteria will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@rachelvogeleisen.com with photos and details of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
