Allow 48 hours to 7 business days from your order date for your print to be sent, as it will be printed especially for you. Your order will be sent via Royal Mail and includes a tracking number. It typically arrives within 2 weeks from the time it leaves the UK; however, during Christmas, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
When you purchase a limited edition size, the number of prints in that specific size is limited and will not be available after they are sold out. They are delivered with a printed, signed, and numbered certificate.
- Don’t hang your print in direct sunlight.
- Prints can dent easily when handled, especially larger-sized prints, so it’s best to take them directly to the framer.
- Use only archive-grade tapes and glues for mounting & framing.
- Handle your print as little as possible and with care. Ideally, wear special gloves.
- Prints sent in tubes should be taken out and framed as soon as possible.
- Avoid touching the print surface
- Don’t store prints in humid or damp places.
- Never allow liquids of any kind to come in contact with a print.
- Only acid-free, archival materials should come in contact with the front/back of the print.
- Never allow prints to rub against one another in transit or storage. Always use archival plastic sleeves or acid-free tissue paper between prints.
- Use acid-free matte boards and UV glass or plexiglass for long-lasting results. Framing under glass or acrylic provides the most outstanding protection against fading from UV light.
